Somebody reads it and calls you back — usually within the hour during office hours (Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 5:00; Friday, 9:00 to 4:00). If you are working against a court date, a closing, or a contract deadline, call (281) 484-8320 and say so — it moves up the pile.

Nothing has been quoted, bound or changed yet. A premium comes from a carrier’s own filed rates, and getting one needs a conversation first.

If you attached a file, it arrived with the message and is stored the same way — ordinary web mail, not a document portal. Anything carrying a license number, a Social Security number, bank details or medical information should come to us another way; ask on the call and we will set one up.
