Tell us what you need.
One form for every line we write. It is not a rate and it is not a rated price — it is how you get a person from the FM 1959 office on the phone, with your situation already in front of them.

What actually happens next
- 01
It reaches the office on FM 1959
Not a call centre and not a lead broker. The form goes to the same Houston desk that writes the policy.
- 02
A person reads it and calls you
During office hours (Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 5:00; Friday, 9:00 to 4:00) we call back usually within the hour during office hours. If you are working against a court date or a contract deadline, say so and it moves up the pile.
- 03
We tell you which markets we can go to
We are independent, so the answer is a list rather than one company’s offer — standard and non-standard, admitted and surplus lines, TWIA for coastal wind and the NFIP for flood. An imperfect record is ordinary here.

The rating happens in the carrier’s system
A premium is calculated from a carrier’s filed rates, inside the carrier’s own system. This form starts that; it does not do it. Nothing on this website returns a price.
