I recently switched my car insurance provider and ended up needing documents from my previous policy with my former provider. As I no longer had a valid policy with the company, I did not have access to my former policy documents. Stephanie was able to obtain copies of what I needed and send them to me. I know it sounds like a small gesture, but she could have easily not obtained those items for me since they are not relevant to my current policy or coverage.
